The Ultimate Stretch

A full body stretch performed by Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) – relaxing like a massage, therapeutic like chiropractic care or physical therapy. The Ultimate Stretch is either 30 or 60 minutes on the table.

The Ultimate Stretch is a blend of PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretches (contract/relax) and other neuromuscular manual techniques to relax the nervous system and the muscular system, relieving tension on the joints.

The Best Massage

We just call it The Best Massage! It comes in 60 or 90 minute sessions. That’s time on the table, not time in the room.

All therapists use a range of techniques and tools to give you a relaxing and therapeutic experience with The Best Massage.

The Incredible Stretch and Massage Combo

The Incredible Stretch and Massage Combo is either a 60 or 90 minute session. Called the 30/30 or 30/60, but really you can specify the time spent on either stretch or massage. A 30/30 is great for full stretch and a targeted massage. The 30/60 is sometimes known as the OMG! is a game changer for people who are used to just massage. With a full 60 minutes for the massage after the stretch, you may need an Uber to get home.
