We have suspended our walk-in service. State requirements in phase one of re-opening do not allow for walk-in service. We are shifting to limited scheduled appointments to better control the overall flow and provide a more secure working environment and client experience,
We deliver a whole body stretch routine, using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretches.
Our scheduled appointments are 30 minutes on the table, leaving 15 minutes before and after a session for transition time between clients. These sessions are longer than our current walk-in 20 minute session and the price is different, but we will be honoring any pre-paid walk-in sessions for this service.
We are not offering traditional private room massage at this time. We will continue to evaluate our service offerings through this unique time.
what to expect
A new booking system is being setup and tested. We will be doing online booking only. No same day appointments will be available. Initially we will only be booking 3-5 days in advance. We appreciate all understanding as we adapt to a new business model. We will be evaluating and updating as we go.
On the day of your appointment, you will complete an online check in. This can easily be done from your phone in your car. Our staff will meet you at the front door, provide hand sanitizer and a mask if you do not have one, take you back to a table and have you take your shoes off before sitting on the table. They will do a brief review of your intake and any concerns or areas of focus and then take you through our stretching protocol. Communication is a critical component of the session. You are an active participant. Your feedback to our staff is critical in making sure you have a great experience.
After your session is complete, our staff will escort you to the front desk for check out.
