Continuing Education for Licensed Massage Therapists
At The Trainer’s Table, we strongly believe in continuing education for our team. In Arkansas, a licensed massage therapist requires a minimum of 500 classroom hours and a national licensing exam (MBLEx). Additionally, an LMT is required to take an additional 18 hours every two years as part of their license renewal.
Classes offered by:
Patrick Mammay, founder of The Trainer’s Table and Ultimate Stretch, AR Master Massage Therapist, AR CE provider, and NCBTMB Authorized Provider.

The Fundamental Series
The Fundamental Series is the basis of additional training at The Trainer’s Table that all employees take. Each class is 6 hours and the format is 1-2 hours of lecture, with 4-5 hours of hands-on application of the topic. Each class comes with a 20+ page student handbook. Classes are offered at The Trainer’s Table on Sundays through out the year. Class size is a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 12.
