The Ultimate Stretch
30 minutes or 60 minutes
- 30 or 60 minutes of table time
- A custom blend of PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretches (contract/relax) and other neuromuscular manual techniques to relax the nervous and muscular systems, relieving tension on the joints.
- The routine is adjusted to the needs of the client. We do a total body stretch, but provide extra attention to problem areas. Pain in one area can indicate a problem elsewhere. Tight hips can cause shoulder tension in compensation, for example.
The Best Massage
A relaxing and therapeutic massage using a variety of techniques.
60 or 90 minutes
- 60 or 90 minutes of table time.
- This is a traditional massage in a private room, with oil/lotion used along with draping.
- Each therapist uses an eclectic blend of their preferred specialties and modalities depending on the need and request of the client.
- We do not differentiate pricing on modalities such as deep tissue, swedish, NMT, Sports, hot stone, cupping, IASTM, etc.
- For specialties such as pre-natal or lymphatic drainage, it's not our focus but we do have a few therapists that are trained. Call to discuss/schedule with the right therapist.
- For a 30 minute massage, book a 30 Minute Stretch and wear/bring shorts and a tank top.
The Incredible Stretch Massage Combo
30/30 Combo (60 minutes total) 30/60 Combo (90 minutes total)
Combining the best of both therapies! We start with a stretch and then move to massage. Although we say 30/30 or 30/60, the time spent is up to the client and therapist. More often than not a 30/30 is a 20/40 or 40/20 split rather than perfectly down the middle.
The 30/30 is better for a targeted massage, such as neck and shoulders or a calve and hamstring massage. If you are aiming for a full massage, the 30/60 is the way to go. Really, the 30/60 is a game changer compared to massage only!
