The stretching/mobility sessions are designed to take around 15-20 minutes.
We deliver a whole body stretch routine, using proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretches.
Want to focus on just lower or upper body? let us know.
Want a longer session for the whole body? We offer scheduled one hour sessions after an initial 20 minute assessment.
what to expect
Sign in at the front desk, where you will fill out an intake form and sign a liability waiver, then take your seat.
Our staff will call you by name, take you back to a table and have you take your shoes off before sitting on the table. They will do a brief review of your intake and any concerns or areas of focus and then take you through our stretching protocol. Communication is a critical component of the session. You are an active participant. Your feedback to our staff is critical in making sure you have a great experience.
After your session is complete, our staff will escort you to the front desk for check out.
