The Trainer's Table

Privacy, Data & Communications

We use information for practical reasons: to run our website, schedule and provide services, manage purchases and client accounts, communicate with you, and operate The Trainer's Table. This page explains what happens on our website, what happens when you use Boulevard to book with us, and how we handle client information and communications.

Visiting this website

Our current static website uses Google Analytics to understand overall site use, such as pages viewed, referral sources, and Book now clicks. We do not use Meta Pixel, advertising retargeting tags, or session-recording tools. Our hosting provider may also process ordinary server/security logs, including IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, and timestamps.

The site loads Boulevard's booking connector so that Book now can open the booking experience.

We may update the website over time. If we add advertising or other nonessential tracking, we will update this page and evaluate whether additional notice or choices are appropriate.

Booking with Boulevard

We use Boulevard Labs, Inc. for booking, scheduling, client profiles, appointment notifications, communications, and payment-related services. When you open or use Boulevard, you are using a related but separate booking environment operated with Boulevard as our service provider.

Boulevard processes information under its own practices as well as to provide services to us. Please review the Boulevard Client Privacy Notice for its information.

A Google or Facebook Book now link may take you to Boulevard. Using those platforms and then Boulevard is different from a Google or Meta tracking pixel running on this website.

Information associated with clients and bookings

Depending on what you provide and use, client and booking information can include:

  • name, phone number, email address, appointment date, time, location, and service;
  • appointment history, service preferences, and communications with us;
  • information you voluntarily share about discomfort, injuries, contraindications, accommodations, or other facts relevant to massage or stretching services;
  • purchases and account details for services, prepaid packages, bundles, gift cards, vouchers, memberships, credits, and balances; and
  • device, browser, IP-address, and booking-interface activity processed by Boulevard in connection with its services.

Payment-card information is stored and protected by Boulevard and its payment systems. The Trainer's Table does not receive or store complete card numbers; staff see only limited payment details, such as the standard last four digits.

How we use and share information

We use information to create and maintain client profiles; schedule, provide, and support services; send appointment notices; manage payments and existing purchases; maintain service history; handle customer service; keep accounting and business records; prevent fraud; and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We share information with service providers that help us operate, including Boulevard and payment, hosting, communication, accounting, IT/security, and professional-service providers as appropriate. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or our rights.

We do not sell client lists or personal information for money.

Appointment and account communications

We send practical messages needed to serve you: booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and two-way communication about an appointment or requested service.

We may also send a narrowly factual message about something you have already purchased, such as unused services in an existing prepaid package, an existing membership change, renewal, expiration, or a charge. These messages are kept focused on the existing relationship—not a new offer, discount, or upsell.

Marketing and re-engagement

Marketing includes specials, new offers, announcements meant to generate bookings, and messages such as a first-visit follow-up or “we have not seen you in a while” when they encourage future business. We use very little email marketing and do not run broad automated marketing campaigns.

For future promotional or re-engagement text messages, we intend to follow the client-initiated SMS marketing preferences recorded by Boulevard. Past manual follow-up practices may not have matched Boulevard's current marketing-consent settings.

Your communication choices

Boulevard separates marketing preferences from appointment updates. You can manage available preferences through the Boulevard client portal or links in Boulevard appointment, confirmation, and receipt emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

For text messages, Boulevard documents that NO PROMOS opts out of text marketing only, while STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE can opt out of all Boulevard texts, including appointment reminders. Contact us if you need help understanding or updating a preference.

Minors

We serve minors. For clients under 16, we use a parent or guardian's phone number rather than the child's number. Some clients age 16 and older may attend independently and receive their own appointment reminders.

We do not target minors for marketing or re-engagement communications. A parent or guardian may receive a factual reminder about a minor's existing paid package or services when their contact information is on that account.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our business. No system or transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and service providers operate portions of the systems we use.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for service history, transactions, prepaid services, memberships, accounting and tax records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Boulevard may retain information under its own agreements and legal requirements.

Questions, corrections, and privacy requests

Email info@thetrainerstable.com if you have a question about information associated with your client profile, want to correct contact information, need help with communication preferences, or want to make another privacy request. We will review the request and respond as required by applicable law, subject to records we may need to retain for legitimate business, accounting, transaction, security, or legal purposes.

This site may link to Boulevard, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other external services. Those services have their own privacy practices. We may update this page as our practices or services change.
